1. PRICES
Prices are given in euros and include VAT.
2. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Orders with delivery outside the national borders are not accepted.
DELIVERY TIME FOR ITALY: Within 5 working days from the date of the order in the case of payment by credit card or from the date of receipt of payment by other means.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs amount to 15 Euros. Shipping costs amount to 17.50 Euros for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia.
Free shipping for orders of more than 3 cartons/packages – if the purchase exceeds 200 Euro.
3. COMPLAINTS
a) The goods travel on behalf of, and AT THE RISK of the purchaser, even if they are shipped carriage paid.
b) Any COMPLAINTS for any defects or faults whatsoever in the goods must be reported in writing within and not later than 8 days of receipt of the same.
c) In the event of late delivery, no complaints may be lodged by the purchaser.
d) For all disputes that may arise in relation to any order, the Court of Ancona is designated as the exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
4. PAYMENTS
Payments may be made:
a) Advance payment by bank transfer to be made to the current account that will be indicated in the order. The customer may send a copy of the payment to the fax number (+39) 0731 703359, in this way the order processing will be accelerated.
b) Immediate payment through PayPal.
