The colour is a delicate and bright Coral Pink. The nose is floreal, rose petals stand out, with exotic fruits and citrus nuances. On the palate is fragrant, almost "crunchy", delicately fresh, with an elegant and savory finish when citrus and pink grapefruit nuances come back. Extraordinarily drinkable and versatile easily combine with seafood appetizers, shelfish, fresh cheeres and charcuterie. It's an excellent aperitif.
